We want to get your squishies packed up and on their way as quickly as possible!

Processing Time
Orders are typically packed and shipped within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

Shipping Rates & Delivery
Shipping costs and available delivery options are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery location. Delivery times shown at checkout are estimates provided by the carrier and begin once your package has shipped.

Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information so you can follow your package.

Multiple Items
Whenever possible, items purchased in the same order will be packaged together to help keep shipping costs down.

Shipping Address
Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has entered fulfillment.

Lost, Delayed or Damaged Packages
Carrier delays can occasionally happen after a package leaves our hands. If your tracking appears stuck, your package arrives damaged, or there is another delivery issue, please contact us and we’ll help determine the appropriate next step.
